Meeting Rooms and Conference Facilities
Holiday Inn Express – Cardiff Bay is the perfect venue for your business meetings. Our facilities can be used for both formal and informal occasions such as conferences, training sessions, sales reviews, board or small meetings, product launches or even a small exhibition.
We have 2 meeting rooms, each accommodating up to 30 delegates theatre style. The rooms can be arranged in different layouts to suit your requirements and delegate numbers. Suited for both business and leisure, both rooms have air conditioning, blackout facility, natural daylight, and a waterfront view.
Both rooms are equipped with Free WIFI Connectivity, Flip Chart and Markers, and a Whiteboard. TV & DVD Player, and LCD projector.
Food and drink can be arranged to suit your requirements. Anything from sausage baps on arrival, sandwiches and crisps through to a full hot or cold buffet. Teas and Coffees can be arranged to suit your needs.
